Refund Policy
Daakia.com ensures transparency and fairness in all transactions.
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
- Courier booking failed but amount debited
- Shipment cancelled before pickup
- Lost shipment (subject to declared value & liability)
- Service failure where pickup was not executed
Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios:
- Incorrect address or consignee details
- Restricted or prohibited items
- Force majeure events
- Claims without mandatory documents
Refund Timeline & Liability:
- Refunds processed to original wallet/source
- Timeline: 5–10 working days after approval
- Maximum liability without insurance: ₹2,000 or declared value, whichever is lower
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Daakia.com is a logistics aggregation platform enabling bookings via multiple courier partners.
Pickup & Delivery:
- Pickups as per courier SLA
- Delivery timelines depend on PIN code, shipment type, and partner operations
Weight & Dimension Policy:
- Initial weight is user-declared
- Final billed weight decided during courier reconciliation
- Differences will be debited from wallet
B2C vs B2B Guidelines:
- B2C shipments: Recommended max 8–10 kg
- Above 10 kg must be booked under B2B
One AWB = One Box:
- Multiple boxes under one AWB are not allowed
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to weather, operational constraints, or regulatory checks.
Daakia.com is not liable for courier partner delays beyond SLA.
Claims & Documentation Policy
Mandatory documents for claims:
- Invoice / declared value proof
- Packing (boxing) video
- Unboxing video with visible courier label
- Claim raised within courier-defined TAT
Claims without documents will not be entertained.
Insurance & Disclaimer
Shipments are uninsured by default.
If insurance is not opted, liability is limited to ₹2,000 or declared value, whichever is lower.

Courier services are provided by third-party partners.
